Extend the support of Manifest V2!

Having issue to install/use extensions like uBlock Origin that use Manifest V2? You can still extend the support of Manifest V2 until June 2025!
This method should work for all Chromium based browsers. However, different browsers may apply different policy to extend or shorten the deadline. Or, they can prohibit this method for security reasons.
This method only works on Windows. While it has been tested on Windows 11 Home Edition, it may not work on older version or required a Pro/Enterprise edition to work.
